Overview

As a key member of the Partner Development team, the Account Coordinator will directly contribute to the efforts of the team to generate incremental revenue by providing organizational support and superior customer service.

Job Description
Collaborate with the account management team to create and implement processes to schedule and track key sales activities, including paid placements, commission rate increases and exclusive offers.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle, including generating and executing insertion orders, trafficking creative assets and links, and documenting placements.
Deliver superior customer service, including promptly responding to internal and external requests and inquiries, and resolving any issues.
Facilitate communication between Partner Development and multiple internal teams, including Editorial, Finance, Marketing, and Product.
Provide both scheduled and ad hoc reports and analysis to the Partner Development team.
Monitor advertiser accounts and inboxes, proactively sharing relevant updates with the team.
Utilize internal systems to make required adjustments to campaigns, placements and promotions.
Identify potential opportunities to generate incremental revenue from managed and non-managed accounts.

Skills & Qualifications
·Bachelor’s Degree required
Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an office environment
Must be detail oriented
Strong interpersonal, organizational and communications skills
Experience using Excel and Powerpoint, and able to utilize multiple affiliate network platforms and tools
