STN Digital is a social first marketing agency working with top brands and companies in the Sports and Entertainment world and we are looking for a GOAT to join the herd as a Paid Search Manager on our Media Team.  The Paid Search Manager is a natural team player who will work in conjunction with the paid media side of the Media team, to support ongoing paid media capabilities, campaigns and efforts. The Paid Search Manager should have most of their experience within AdWords/PPC.

This role is a full time opportunity and can be remote for the right candidate!

This role responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

30% – Leading reporting and insights for internal and external digital marketing campaigns

  • Tasked with creating and pulling insights, and reports for current clients on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Provide analytical insights to Strategy team based on data and patterns
  • Assist with research and insights for prospective clients and pitches
  • Identify first-to-market opportunities to help elevate client brands

70% – Leading ad operations and campaign management (Search & Youtube)

  • Owning the execution and management of search and Youtube campaigns
  • Provide support within the Paid Media team for difficult client inquiries and complex client initiatives
  • Utilize client historical, competitive and ad network data to build the best practice account structure
  • Assisting with the execution of paid social campaigns across Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Conduct keyword research, analysis, and keyword expansion

Job requirements

Qualifications of the position:

  • 3-5 years of experience delivering ROI-focused marketing campaigns
  • 3+ years experience of managing paid search campaigns
  • 2+ years of experience managing YouTube campaigns
  • Google Adwords Certification required
  • A solutions-oriented mindset
  • 1-2 years of experience working in Paid Social
  • Excellent data analysis skills including strong knowledge Excel and Google Sheets
  • Agency experience is a plus but not required
  • Familiarity with formatting reports in clean precise
  • Thorough, organized, and dependable
  • Analytical thinker
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Nice to haves: Experience with Google Analytics, AdWords, Third Party Reporting Platform Tools (Datorama, Tableau, Data Studio)
