Senior Associate, Marketing & Digital – Tory Burch Foundation


Founded by designer Tory Burch, the Tory Burch Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that empowers women and entrepreneurs in the United States by providing access to capital, education and digital resources.

The Tory Burch Foundation is looking for a skilled marketing generalist and project manager who understands the landscape of digital. The Senior Associate should have a strong foundation in brand campaigns, managing agency partners, social media platforms, content marketing and brand building. In this role, you will report to the Director of Marketing and Digital and will be responsible for working with a small team of freelance creatives, outside vendors and partners as well as content and program partnerships. You will be expected to deliver a first-class branded experience across the Tory Burch Foundation’s digital channels, virtual programming for entrepreneurs, social media, website, special projects and campaigns.

Project manage with excellence:
Serve as the day-to-day lead for marketing activation overseeing execution of initiatives and managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and prioritization
Work with a small team of freelance designers to produce social media, website and all creative content digital, print and beyond
Execute projects with excellence and seamlessly work cross-functionally to deploy in timely manner
Work on and ensure smooth execution of the creative process for all program collateral, digital assets, print, video and photography
Support with management of special projects as needed for out of home campaigns, paid social, printed collateral, product and other initiatives

Share our value digitally:
Execute the content strategy in collaboration and at the direction of the Manager of Communications for digital channels
Manage digital community by posting on all social media platforms, commenting and engaging with virtual community
Drive email marketing strategy, coordinate creative and deployment with key stakeholders and vendors
Ensure website communicates relevant information and is representing the brand initiatives, manage digital tech stack and functionality to deliver the best user experience
Monitor and report on analytics across all digital channels to drive organizational growth
Innovate new and different media platforms to spread outreach and awareness

Manage the brand presence:
Maintain the brand identify across all channels
Assist in the planning, ideation and execution of digital and marketing initiatives and special projects
Analyze metrics to propose effective strategies for growth
Create reports and presentations for business partners
Conduct research and competitive landscapes for key initiatives
Other duties as assigned by manager

Experience working in brand marketing, agency or in house

Highly proficient in using social media platforms: Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Experience with WordPress, SailThru and Google Analytics
Basic understanding of search optimization
